Ugh...
Ugh.
All I want to do today is grunt.
Ugh. Hrm. Nhhh.
I came into work and found out that I've been heading the wrong direction on the project charter I've been working on. Back to square two (not quite square one, but almost).
I hate it.
It's one of those days when I really feel I should be doing something else.
Frick. I get so worked up over that kinda stuff, but truth be told, it's rarely as bad as my mind makes it.
It's like my mind is a negative-energy magnifying glass. However bad a situation is, my mind can imagine the worst possible scenario.
And I try to be a positive thinker. In general, I am. I like looking on the bright side of things. But it's a battle. The never-ending battle. Most of the time, the brightness wins. But when I'm tired...frick.
Could I please be somewhere else today?
No? Then I'm eating my lunch early. Ha!
Here's an article I wrote. I got a chance to talk with the president and founder of Dark Horse Comics. They are the 3rd or 4th largest comic publisher in the biz (it depends on the month), so it's cool that I got the chance to chat with him. He seemed to be a pretty nice guy. The end of ALIAS? This will just cause more people to hate Ben Affleck - It seems Jennifer Garner may be leaving Alias after this season. It sounds like the producers are preparing to continue the show without her after this year. Fine by me. The show has kinda lost its spunk the last 2 seasons:
